After turning 20 and attending college classes my parents make me do what they call "big girl things." This generally means things like; calling the financial aid people, paying for my new 1500 $ computer, and painting my own furniture. Personally, currently NOT a fan of doing "big girl things." HOWEVER, I've decided to embrace the financially aware ,or as my dad would say cheap, life.

- new dress a day
- goodwill
- plato's closet
- half-price books
I'd love nothing more than to say that I would do what the new dress girl did...however...I know I could never do that...BUT I do know that when I'm able to, I'm pulling out the old sewing machine and figure out a way to organize my clothes I'll be fixing or making.
Fingers crossed it works out nicely.
