It's a wonderful thing. I absolutely LOVE music. It can make a good day better or comfort you on those bad days. Just hearing the first notes of a much loved song I'll find myself smiling. I currently love instrumental type stuff...(like the stuff they do in August Rush) or more Indie Rock (I guess that's what it's called...I've never been worried about "typing" music. I just know what I like and don't like.) But, it's songs like "Home" by Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros or music by Caroline and the Goodnight Sleeps. LOVE IT!
Life itself is pretty good. I'm working more on art and things. I moved out so I actually have my own space now which is pretty awesome. I'm hoping to get very into DIY things. I love that feeling of accomplishment and the compliments that generally go "wait...you made that???" At some point I'd like to make things and sell them on my very favorite site "Etsy" I'm slowly obtaining the equipment I need to make these things. Soon, I'll have a sewing machine...at some point I want a dressform...things are slowly coming together which is just AWESOME! For now I'm on the hunt for DIY ideas for all sorts of things.
Hopefully things work out...for now, I just want ends to meet and to be able to go to school to do my advertising stuff in fashion photography. Meanwhile...I'm trying to re-invent my wardrobe to fit my new style...think it'll work out?
